I am preparing a central repository for directing all actionable items.

I would like to click a button on my smartphone that opens up camera and with one click will direct snapped photo to a single database which will allow for future sorting.

I would like to direct it to Airtable, and Airtable will add an action item for the following morning to sort into a more specific action item.

Once successful I will create an additional button for more pressing actions.

I would also like to be able to supply clients with a button that is directed to the same data table but identified by sender (due to the fact that I customized the button for the sender). Ideally the customer with download the button and will customize upon installation by adding his/her name during the installation stage.

I am considering opening up the data record containing the picture for adding more detailed information.
