I’m going to try to get a bit better at planning my day and streamlining. I want to put a post at the end of each waking session to account for what i accomplished and to plan what to accomplish in the next session or maybe more if needed.
So this morning I did my regular but went to the kupa for Talia in Morasha, and I completed the formatting of parshat hashavuah so I am behind in my nap. This stretch was from about 4:45 to 10:30.
The plan for the next stretch will be to get Autocad up and running and start doing the install program for CAD again. 3rd stretch will be William and 4th stretch will be exercise. 2nd stretch I need to make an appointment for the house.

Try 3 quarter days per week for exercise as a start. One week has 24 quarters (not incl. shabbat). Learn to budget them. 8 are daven/learn (6 in morning, one Miro and one Eli), 8 should be work and 8 should be other. Refine this concept.
